Free Samples would like to give everyone the opportunity to try out the products they desire. By limiting the quantity of the products ordered at a time, Free Samples is able to give more people chances to try.
It is possible that your account is banned due to false pretense or other reasons. We are allowed to delete accounts that are not following our terms and conditions correctly. Accounts that are deemed to have a false identity, users with multiple accounts and households with more than three accounts will be deleted immediately. If that's not the case, please contact us immediately to solve the issue.
It is possible that the product is not suitable for your skin type. There are many reasons why this product may not be suited for you and that is why Free Samples exist. We would like to help you make decisions and in case that you would like to purchase the full sized products: you would already know that it is the perfect one for you.
It is currently not possible to purchase full sized products directly from Free Samples. We will however provide you with addresses and websites upon request.
You can order up to 3 samples per order. You can repeat this 3 times a week: in total of 9 samples per week.
Yes, you can place multiple orders in one go. However, if you exceed our amount of orders per week: 3 per week. Your orders afterwards would be canceled and your account might be deactivated for repeated offense.
It is possible that our emails got redirected to your spam folder. Please white list our email address by verifying that it's not spam, to receive our emails in your inbox.
It is not possible to cancel an order after it's been processed and shipped. If there's anything wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Login to Free Samples, click on the My account page and click on Orders.
This either means that we have not received the payment yet, or your information is incomplete. In the last case, we will contact you as soon as possible once we've spotted the error.
It means that we've received your payment, but haven't sent the products yet.
Completed means that the ordering process has been completed already. In short: the payment is done, address is correct and your items are sent. It will still take a few days for the products to reach your doorstep.
Something went wrong in the process of ordering. This mostly happens when the payment hasn't been completed after a set amount of time. Another reason could be that you've placed too many orders in one go, we do have an order limit.
Yes, all our samples are free. As much as we would like to waive all the cost for our customers, we are only able to offer the products for free.
We're currently only offering Paypal as a payment method.
It is possible to pay through paypal without an account, however we do highly recommend you to have an account so that you can use paypal's benefits. If you don't have a paypal account, you will need a Debit card/ Credit card that are supported by Paypal to complete payment.
You will be able to see on your Free Sample account whether it has been paid yet or not. If your order is still on "Pending payment" or "On hold" , then we still haven't received the payment yet.
We hold a flat rate shipping of ₱170,00
Depending on where you're located, shipping can take about 2-6 days.
We ship by: LBC / 2go / DHL / LAX and national transport
